Then fax or e-mail your artwork to us. If you do not have professional artwork, just let us know and we will handle the layouts and art for you. We have excellent artists on staff who will help design your logo or make any adjustments to your existing artwork. Art charges will depend on the complexity of your requests.
Most art charges for simple artwork range between $20.00 to $55.00. Final proofs will be faxed or emailed to you for your approval.

 

Free Screenprint set-up - You may e-mail your artwork or send a disk in an Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator file, 300 dpi saved in PC format. If it is professional and requires NO cleanup or separating by our artists, then there is no charge for set-ups or artwork. Multi-color logos require separations for garment printing, not paper printing. This usually requires a professional graphic artist with garment experience. If you cannot provide these separations, we will be happy to do them for you at a minimal charge depending on how many colors and the complexity of the logo. Faxed logos always require cleanup and there is a minimum $20 charge.

Embroidery set-up - Just fax or e-mail your logo to us in order for us to determine the stitch count. Perfect artwork is not necessary.
Set-up is based on stitch count and the price is $12 per 1000 stitches. Simple lettering is usually under 4000 stitches. Embroidered logos can be up to 5 colors with no extra charges. Most logos usually range from 3000-8000 stitches. Quotes are provided in advance.

What's the difference between Jersey and Pique fabric?  Both are knits, but jersey has a smooth finish while pique (pee-kay) has a more open, textured look and feel.

 

Which is better?  Neither!!  The difference is simply one of personal preference, not quality.

 

How do I know what my logo is going to look like?  After you place your order, we fax or e-email a final proof of your logo for your approval.  If you want to make any changes, we will re-do it to get it just right.  If you have ordered embroidery and want to see an actual sew-out sample of your logo before we do your order, we can send you one for your approval.

 

What does "Free Set-Up" mean?  Most companies charge a set-up fee that covers the cost of making a screen for each color used in your logo design.  This can add $100 or more to your final bill. We offer free set-up for every order, every time.

 

How much would it cost to embroidery my shirts?  Just fax or e-mail your logo to us and we will give you a quote within minutes.  Your design can use up to 5 colors without a change in price.  Perfect artwork is not important, we can fix anything!

 

What if I don't have a logo?  No problem.  We can design several layouts of the name of your company and anything else you may want to add such as an address or phone number or saying.  Then, we fax or email you a copy of these layouts so you can choose which you like and make any changes you prefer.  Prices for these simple logos are usually $25-$45.

 

What is the difference between screenprinting and embroidery?  Screenprinting uses plastisol inks to print and heat-curs your design permanently onto the surface of the garment.  All our shirts and hat prices include a free 1 color logo screenprint.  Embroidery uses high quality rayon/cotton thread to machine-stitches your logo onto a garment.  The cost for embroidered logos is usually $3-$5 per garment depending on the size and complexity of your design.  Call us for a free quote.
